(2) Decorative layer

There are two kinds of decorative layer structure: first, decorative paper; second, decorative paper and bottom paper.

Bottom paper function: make the decorative layer has a certain thickness and mechanical strength, thickness of about 0.2-0.3 mm. Decorative paper patterns are smooth, inlaid stone, pearls, convex and concave grain, and wood grain.

(3) Substrate layer

The waterproof laminate flooring substrate is the main structure of the laminate flooring and determines the quality of the product.

Waterproof laminate flooring adopts MDF, HDF, and particleboard, and the main raw materials are pine, Poplar, and miscellaneous wood. High-density fiberboard is used in daily life.

(4) Balance layer (and moisture-proof layer)

Waterproof laminate flooring is decorated with thermosetting resin, coated paper, or veneer.

The thickness is equal to the wear-resistant layer and the decorative layer, which has the function of being moisture-proof and stabilizing the product size, and making the floor bear the force evenly in the process of processing and use.
